What is the status of my order?

If you ordered directly from LPScreen, you’ll receive an order confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships.

If you don't receive the email, please drag this email to the primary folder, add us to contacts, or check your SPAM folder.

You can also check the status of your order on your account dashboard, but you need to create an account before placing an order.



How to track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email after we sent the order to you. there is a tracking number in the email.

Why I couldn't track my order?
The post office needs some time to update the tracking number online, you just wait several days to track it again.
